1.WHAT ARE THE FLIGHT ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS OF TOURIST 1 ?
(1)Please choose wide field and keep away from crowd and animals , tall buildings ,trees ,also high voltage cables and telecommunication stations and WIFI Hotspot .
(2)Do not fly in severe weathers like strong winds ,snow ,rain,fogg and so on .
(3)Please keep away from crowd ,and water surface and other barriers always control flying in sight .v
(4)Do not fly in No-Fly zone (such as airport, military control area, jail and government office, etc.
2.Check list before flying ？
(1)Refer to ‘ flying environment Requirements’,please choose proper flying site .
(2)Check the battery level of the remote controller , make sure it can’t less than 50% .
(3)Check the battery level of the aircraft , make sure it can’t less than 50% .
(4)Check the propellers if it is broken or deformed ,if so ,please replace with new one and install firmly .
(5)Make sure the aircraft motor clean without damaged .
(6)Check the aircraft to see any appearance damaged ,if so , please quit flying and contact with our agent for solution .
(7)Make sure the camera lens clean and good .
(8)Check if the SD card is inserted in the camera .
(9)Check the status of the remote controller , it should be :two sticks are in their middle position . The left and right toggle switches and wheels are in the middle position .
(10)Check it before fly and compass calibration according to APP indication .
3.Any precautions on operating Tourist 1 ?
(1)when it less 8 satellites connected , GPS mode can’t use ,only attitude mode is available to use .
(2)Please don’t close to the workable spin propeller and motor .
(3)Fly in your sight range .
(4)Please don’t answer or call the phone during the flying , don’t operate the aircraft when you are not conscious .
(5)Please return ASAP when low battery alarm works.
(6)The aircraft can’t avoid the barriers automatically when it starts Auto return .if the signal is good , you can control the flying direction by transmitter .
(7)Please turn off the aircraft firstly then turn off the transmitter after landing .
4.When the aircraft arm of Tourist 1 is folded , can start the motors ?
Yes ,it can . Because there isn’t sensor on aircraft arm ,it can’t judge whether it is folded . But considering the safety , the user had better spread the aircraft arm ,install the propellers firstly ,then start motor.
5.HOW TO MAINTAIN TOURIST 1 ?
(1)Avoid over-charging and over-discharge when use the battery , Don’t use up the battery power during flying . Don’t full charge the battery if it won’t use for long time . Attention the temperature effect for battery . When it used in low temperature place , the battery should be warmed up firstly , to decrease the situation of voltage rapidly rise .
(2) Replace the deformed and damaged propeller .
(3)Replace the damaged shock absorber ball to avoid the film picture distort and undulate .
(4)please calibration the aircraft motor when the aircraft hovers , it appear tilt and can’t safely landing .
(5)water resistance , damp proof , sand prevention .
6.Any precautions about the compass calibration ?
(1)The compass calibration is very important which will directly affect the flight safety . Without calibration will lead to the aircraft abnormal work . It can’t operate the Auto-return function if the compass is wrong .
(2)Please don’t calibrate in magnetic area like huge metal ,magnetite ,parking lot ,bridge opening , building with underground steel bars and so on .
(3)If the rear LED indicator light blinks in red and yellow by turns, the calibration fails .please repeat the compass calibration . Please noted the App tips during operation .
(4)Please hold the aircraft horizontally on the ground after the success calibration . If the compass appear abnormal situation , maybe there are steel bars on the ground ,please move to other place to check whether it eliminate .
7.HOW TO CALIBRATE THE COMPASS ?
(1) : Power on the remote controller , move the left toggle switch to downside . Scroll the leftmost wheel to the rightmost position , the rightmost wheel to the leftmost position at the same time and hold it . Then power on the aircraft .
(2)Method 2: After Power on the aircraft and connect the mobile device , Enter into aircraft calibration table inside in APP setting menu . Click the compass calibration icon . When the aircraft status indicator lights turns yellow in solid , the aircraft enters into calibration mode .
(3)The APP will give tips the moment .
Please finish the below calibration operation within 30 seconds :
Hold the Aircraft in horizon and turn it for 3 circles horizontally. When the aircraft status indicator lights turns green in solid ,please hold the aircraft with its left body downward and its right body upward , turn it for 3 circles horizontally .
(4)After aircraft status indicator light turns to alternately flash in red ,green and yellow color ,place the aircraft still horizontally . Once the aircraft enters stand-by status, in which the aircraft status indicator light flashes in green or yellow slowly ,this means successfully calibration. Don’t forget to power off and restart the aircraft for new flight .
8.Which status occur need to calibrate the compass again ?
(1)To fly in a new field .
(2)APP and aircraft notified to calibrate the compass
(3)Severe drifting while hovering or flying
9.APP built-in multiple flying mode , make a proper choice according to the field and requirement .
(1)Normal mode: Low rate and good stability , for normally flying .
(2)Learning mode: The aircraft will record the present flight data and storing in flight mode menu by turns .
(3)Memory mode: By selecting any stored flight route , the aircraft will fly according to the stored flight route .v
(4)Orbit flying mode: The aircraft will fly around the setting destination point automatically .
(5)Route planning mode: plan routes up to 30 points in map ,and let it fly autonomous according to route planning .
(6)Follow mode : it should used with mobile device with GPS function, after start , it will move according to following the mobile device move .
(Remark : Except the normal mode , all the mode are available to use under GPS mode and more than 8 satellite connected . More flight mode can be get by upgrade the APP and aircraft firmware .)
10.WHAT’S THE FUNCTION OF THE AIRCRAFT STATUS INDICATOR LIGHT ?
The head indicator light is used to indicate the aircraft head direction . The rear indicator light indicate the status of the aircraft control system .please refer to the user manual to know different colors flash represent the different status of the aircraft control system .
11.HOW TO POWER ON THE AIRCRAFT ?
Please press power button slightly then make a long press for 2 seconds. Make sure left and right stick and wheel back to middle position before turn on the aircraft , or it can’t be turn on .
12.HOW TO START MOTORS ?
（1）Simultaneously move the left stick to its bottom right corner and right stick to its bottom left corner .
（2）When the propellers start to spin ,loose the sticks and let them back to the Middle .
13.HOW TO STOP THE MOTORS?
After the aircraft lands on the ground , hold the throttle stick to its lowest position until the propellers stop rotating , then release the throttle stick to its middle position .
14.How to take off ,hover and landing ?
(1)Take-off : After the propeller start spin , Propel slightly the throttle stick upwards to make the aircraft take off and slowly ascend until to the height you expect .
(2)Hover: when the aircraft fly to the expected height , release the throttle stick and let it back to middle , then the aircraft will keep hovering
Remark : With GPS flight mode and more than 8pcs satellites connected , aircraft can keep hovering in good status . With Attitude flight mode , aircraft may slowly drifts a little bit .
(3)Landing : slightly move the throttle stick downwards so that the aircraft land slowly until the aircraft lands on the ground .
15.WHAT IS THE PRECAUTIONS OF COLLISION AVOIDANCE FUNCTION OF TOURIST 1 ?
Obstacles avoidance function only can be used under GPS mode and more than 8pcs satellites connected . The obstacles avoidance can’t be used under Attitude mode and Auto return . If used the obstacles avoidance, the flight speed need to keep 1 m/s. It will occur delay action when it used in upper air .
16.WHAT’S THE LOW BATTERY ALARM ?
When the battery is low , low battery alarm starts to work . The aircraft is still controllable and system response as below :
Aircraft : Rear indicator light turns red and blinks slowly .
APP: In app prompt box turns red and APP gives a hint .
Critical Low battery Alarm :
When the battery level is critical low , rear indicator light turns red and blinks quickly .
At the same time , aircraft is forced landing . The throttle is not controllable during landing .
17.WHAT’S THE AIRCRAFT FAILSAFE FUNCTION ?
(1)FAILSAFE function under GPS mode
On GPS mode and more than 8 pcs satellites available ,once aircraft disconnects to remote controller, Aircraft will hover for 5 seconds. If it can’t re-connect, the Aircraft will perform auto home return . During Auto home return, once the aircraft is connected to remote controller again , it will stop auto returning and hover for new orders from remote controller .At this time , User can re-control aircraft , if no new command , Aircraft will automatically descend at low battery level.
(2)Failsafe function under attitude mode
Under attitude mode , aircraft will try to keep hovering at current position when it loses connection with remote controller . User will get back the Control on aircraft when connection is recovered .
18.WHAT ARE THE BASIC FLIGHT STEPS?
(1)Spread and fix the aircraft housing , then install the propellers
(2)Place the aircraft on wide ground ,turn the aircraft tail to person .
(3)Turn on transmitter and aircraft by turns
(4)Open the mobile device wifi and connect the transmitter .
(5)Operate the APP, Enter into “video preview” window
(6)Waiting the aircraft status indicator light turns green slowly flash , enter into safety flying status , start motors .
(7)Propel slightly the throttle stick upwards to make the aircraft take off
(8)slightly move the throttle stick downwards so that the aircraft land slowly until the aircraft lands on the ground .
(9)After landing ,move the throttle stick to the lowest position and hold 2 seconds until motors stop .
(10)Turn off the aircraft and transmitter by turns .
19.WHAT’S THE AUTO HOME RETURN ?
When more than 8pcs satellite being connected and in GPS Mode. The aircraft can automatically record the take-off point and the track in map .after power on, the aircraft enters into GPS mode and rear indicator light turns green and flashes slowly,, the current location where aircraft is placed will be considered as home point . The aircraft will auto return in the below cases.
(1)when turning on “Auto home return “, user can pull the left upper switch to ‘Auto Home Return’, then the aircraft is under Auto Home Return mode.
(2)When it’s low battery , the aircraft will automatically switch to Auto Home Return mode.
(3)When the aircraft is disconnected with the remote controller , the aircraft will automatically switch to Auto Home Return mode.
During flying ,please assure it files under visible range and DO NOT fly behind barriers. Otherwise once the aircraft disconnects with the remote controller because of the barriers, it leads to AUTO home return mode. And during the auto-returning, it cause collisions and accidents.
1.CAN DISASSEMBLE THE ORIGINAL CAMERA , INSTALL OWN CAMERA ?
No, Tourist standard camera and gimbal is integrated design,fixed can’t replace, User disassemble or replace or modify camera Autonomously which can cause the damage of aircraft . Once occur , it won’t in our guarantee range .
2.How does Gimbal lifting ?
When the aircraft fly to more than 2 meters height , scroll the right wheel by clockwise and keep for more than 2 seconds,the gimbal will descend . Scroll the right wheel by counter-clockwise and keep for more than 2 seconds , the gimbal will retract upward . During the auto home return , the aircraft will hover on 2meters from the ground , after the gimbal retract to aircraft ,then landing . When the battery level enter into critical low , the gimbal will retract automatically .
3.WHAT KIND OF SD CARD USED IN CAMERA ?
TOURIST 1 micro SD card standard capacity is 8GB , But it can support the highest capacity up to 32GB . Please use CLASS 10 or UHS-1 or higher standard micro SD card in order to guarantee the HD video can be successfully recorded . Because the camera require the fast read and write high definition video data . Please don’t insert or pull out SD card on the aircraft start status . Or the data file will be lost during the video shooting .
4.HOW TO DO IF THE VIDEO TRANSMISSION BREAK OFF ?
Firstly , check the aircraft whether fly out of image transmission distance , then check the gimbal connection cable whether connected normally . The large nearby interfere maybe cause the suspend of image transmission .
5.HOW TO RECOGNIZE THE CAMERA INDICATOR LIGHT ?
Blue light is solid on : initially
Blue light flashes slowly : Normal working
6.HOW TO RECOGINZE THE GIMBAL INDICATOR LIGHT ? Blue and purple light flashes alternately : Initializing .
Blue light is solid on : Normal working
Blue and purple light are solid on : Abnormal working
7.WHAT CAUSE THE GIMBAL ABNORMAL ? The gimbal abnormal , maybe caused by something collision the gimbal when the aircraft is placed on rough ground .or the gimbal suffer strong force .
Place the aircraft on the wide flat ground before fly , please don’t collision the gimbal after power on the aircraft .
Flying in the fog and cloud can lead to the dewing of gimbal ,which will cause the temporary failure . If it occur , it will be recover normal after dry it .
8.WHAT’S THE FUNCTION OF THE GIMBAL ANTI FALL OFF COMPONENTS ? Anti fall off components is used for prevent the gimbal and camera fall off from the aircraft which will cause damage .
1.WHAT THE LONGEST DISTANCE DOES THE TOURIST CONTROL ?
The signal effective distance is depending on real flight environment , the real test for max distance is 1500m . Flying in the widely and small Electromagnetic interference and 120m height , it can reach the max signal distance . During using , please let the tranmistter towards the aircraft for receving the good signal .
2.HOW TO POWER ON THE REMOTE CONTROLLER ? PRESS “POWER’ button slightly and make long press for 2 seconds .
3.HOW TO CHARGING FOR REMOTE CONTROLLER ? User can use the adapter to charging the remote controller , in the meanwhile , the adapter will show the battery level .
4.HOW TO CONNECT THE REMOTE CONTROLLER AND MOBILE DEVICE ?

IOS system device turn on wifi function ,wait about 30 seconds ,choose the nineeagle-xxxx in the wifi list . Input the initial password :1234567890 and connect , open APP . Click “add camera” enter into camera windows ,if you can see the real time preview camera screen , it means connected successfully .
Remark : Android system can directly connect by data cable .
5.HOW TO BIND THE AIRCRAFT ?
The aircraft and transmitter has been bound before coming out of factory .when replace the transmitter or aircraft ,please take the following steps :
(1)remove the propeller from the quadcopter
(2)Please power on the transmitter firstly ,then power on the aircraft .
(3)Press the video and picture button on the transmitter at the same time, it enters into binding status when the transmitter’s indicator is green and flashes fast , and the aircraft indicator flashes in red,yellow and green color alternately .
(4)The aircraft finishes binding after it entering into stand-by status( aircraft status indicator lights flash green or yellow slowly )
6.HOW TO USE THE WAY POINT MEMORY MODE AND CARRY OUT FLYING .
(1)Move the right toggle switch to GPS mode and more than8pcs satellite available
(2)Move the left toggle switch to way point memory mode
(3)During flying , scroll the right wheel clockwise one time to memorize one point . Counter-clockwise to clear all the points. Up to 30 way points can be memorized every flight .
(4)When memorized the needed way points ,move the left toggle switch to middle position
(5)Move the right toggle switch to memory way point flight mode. The aircraft will fly to first .second point till the last one way points. During flying , move the right toggle switch to middle position to quit .
7.HOW TO USE THE TRANSMITTER TO CONTROL THE VIDEO SHOOTING ? Press the left side video button to start , press again to quit .
8.HOW TO USE THE TRNASMITTER TO CONTROL PHOTOGRAPH ? Press the right side photograph button to start , press again to quit .
9.HOW TO SWITCH THE TRANSMITTER THROTTLE MODE ?
MODEL 1 AND MODEL2 can be switched by the transmitter . Switch as following :
After power on the transmitter ,move the left stick to the highest position and hold, then power on the aircraft ,it enters into MODEL 2
After power on the transmitter , move the right stick to the highest position and hold , then power on the aircraft , it enters into MODEL 1.
10.HOW TO DO THE TRANSMITTER CALIBRATION ?
After long time using , it is necessary to do transmitter calibration to correct deviation . Please take following steps :
Make sure the remote controller is off . Keep pressing “VIDEO”button ,gently press power button one time and long press it for 2 seconds, then release all the buttons. Remote controller status indicator light blinks red and it sounds “di--,di--” now remote controller enters into calibration mode.
Move the left and right stick to its maximum position in four directions: up .down , left and right. Then move camera pitch control scroll wheel and way point memory wheel to its maximum position on the left and right . Press “photo” button to quit calibration,turn off the transmitter to complete the calibration .

Make sure the mobile device holder be fixed firmly on the transmitter .
Make sure the transmitter antenna spread and adjust it to proper position to get the best connection . The damaged antenna will directly affect the use performance ,please send back to maintain in time .
If replace transmitter , please bind again before use . The detailed bind procedure please refer to the user manual .
13.HOW LONG DOES THE REMOTE CONTROLLER CONTINUES WORKS ?
Remote controller has built-in rechargeable lithium battery , the longest continues working time is about 2-3 hours .
14.HOW LONG DOES THE REMOTE CONTROLLER CHARGING ?
Full charging need 2.5 hours . When the charger level indicate the 100% which means that it is fully charged .
1.HOW ABOUT THE RUN TIME OF TOURIST 1 ? Run time is depend on the flight environment and flight mode . Run time is about 25 minutes under the intelligent battery fully charged.
2.CAN USE THE UNORIGINAL BATTERY ? NO , it maybe cause flight failure or damage if use the unoriginal battery .
3.HOW TO CHECK THE BATTERY LEVEL ? Turn on the battery power , check as bellowed photos :
4.WHAT ARE THE FUNCTIONS OF THE INTELLIGENT FLIGHT BATTERY ?
(1)Battery level indicator : Current battery remaining capacity can be indicated by indicator light .
(2)Over-discharge protection : Over-discharge damages battery . To protect the battery , it will quit the discharge when the battery discharge in a certain range .
(3)Short circuit protection : when battery detects short circuit , stops the discharge to protect itself .
(4)Electric cell damage detection :when battery detects electric cell damage or seriours imbalance, battery indictor flashs in red .
5.HOW TO INSTALL THE BATTERY ? Please insert the battery inside the battery compartment and make sure the snap-joints locked the body of the aircraft firmly .
6.HOW TO TURN ON OR TURN OFF BATTERY ?
TURN-ON BATTERY : in the status of battery off , press the battery button shortly ,then keep pressing it for 2seconds at least and its on .
TURN-OFF BATTERY: in the status of battery on , press the battery button shortly,then keep pressing it for 2seconds at least and its off .
7.HOW TO CHARGING THE BATTERY ?
Connect the adapter to the power . Connect the battery and adater under the battery is on or off . Under charging status , The battery indicator light will cycle flash and shows the current battery level . The battery level indicator light will be off when it is fully charged . Please remove the adapter and battery . The battery temperature is high after finished flying , it can be charged after the battery temperature cool down to near room temperature. The best charging temperature range is 0-40’c . Please always use a MOLA approved adater, takes no responsibility if the battery is charged using the non-MOLA charger .
8.HOW TO DISCHARGE THE BATTERY ?
Slowly discharge : Insert the battery inside the aircraft battery compartment , turn on the battery , ESD(electrostatic discharge )till the battery level is lower than 8% or turn off automatically . Not suggest start motors in case of wear motors .
Rapidly discharge : Insert the battery inside the aircraft battery compartment , fly in outside till low battery alarm and auto landing , continue dicharge till power is lower than 8% or turn off automatically .
9.HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY FULLY CHARGED ?
About 1.5 hours for fully charged based on using the standard charger .
10.How does the battery can’t be turn off ?
If the battery can’t be turn off , just take down the battery from the aircraft , press the “RESERT”button for 3-5 seconds ,then turn off again .
11.How about the battery use temperature requirement ?
The battery should be used in the range of 0-40’c . Higher temperature(>50’c) will cause fire or explosion . Lower temperature (below 0 degree ) will severely damaged the battery life time .
12.ANY PRECAUTIONS FOR USING THE BATTERY IN LOW TEMPERATURE ?
Using the battery in low temperature enviroment (below -5’c), the battery capacity will drops off sharply so it lead to the run time is sharply reduce .
When the battery temperate is 0-5 degree ,it can be take off based on meet the required voltage .
Please fully charged and warm it up before it use .
Don’t suggest it used in below 0 degree environment . In the low temperature environment , please warm it to over 5 degree before take off , more than 20 degree is best .
13.CAN IMMEDIATELY CHARGING THE BATTERY AFTER FINSHING FLIGHT ?
Forbid charging the battery immediately after finish flying , the moment , the battery temperature is high . Battery life time is severely damaged by forced charging . Suggest let the battery cool down to room temperature then charging it . Ideal charging environment temperature will drastically extend the battery life time .
14.HOW TO DEAL WITH OBSOLETING BATTERY ?
Please place the battery in a recycling boxes only after a complete discharge. Battery is dangerous chemical product , forbid placing it in regular trash containers. Strictly follow your local regulations or law regarding the disposal and recycling of batteries .
Please don’t discard the battery in the recycling containers if the battery can’t be compeletely discharge . Contact the professional battery recycling company to do further disposal .
15.ANY PRECAUTIONS ABOUT BRING THE BATTERY ON BOARD?
Please discharge the battery level to below 5% before bring the battery on board . Please keep away form fire source before discharge the battery .
16.HOW TO STORAGE AND TRANPORT THE BATTERY ?
please discharge the battery level to 40%-65% if the battery won’t be used more than10days ,in oder to extend the battery life time . Suggest storing the battery in the special battery box .
Don’t store the battery in long time after completely discharge the battery , in case the battery enter into over discharge status that the core damaged and can’t be used any more .
If the battery capacity is serious shortage and idle for a long time, the battery enters into deep sleep mode. Please charge the battery to get the battery out of deep sleep mode . Please take out the battery from the aircraft if you want store the battery for long time .
17.WHAT’S THE SUGGESTED BATTERY STORED TEMPERATURE ?
Store the battery in a dry ventilated place , avoid the battery overheating . If stored more than 3 months , suggest stored temperature range is 22-28 degree celsius . Please don’t store the battery in below 20 degree celsius or more than 45 degree celsius place .

Please be carful operate in case scratch because of thin blade . With aid of tools to install or remove the propellers when neccssary . 2.HOW TO INSTALL AND REMOVE THE PROPELLERS ?
1.Use the wrench for holding the motor
2.Put the propellerwith black cap onto the corotation motor shaft printed with’CW’,put the propeller with silver cap onto the reverse motor shaft printed with “CCW’.
3.Lock the propeller according to the rotating direction. Remove the wrench after finishing .
Disassembly propellers : after fixing the motor with wrench, spin the propeller according to unlocking direction.
3.WHAT’S PRECAUTIONS OF THE MOTORS? Make sure the motor fixed firmed and free rotating , please don’t modify the motors physical structure . After motors stop , please don’t touch the motors directly by hand in case of burns .
2.HOW TO CONNECT MOLA APP ?
TOURIST 1 can connect the MOLA APP by wifi or data cable . Firstly start the transmitter and aircraft . Let the mobile device connected with named”Nineeagle-xxx’ wifi, then open the APP .

3.WHAT KIND OF MOBILE DEVICE CAN USE THE MOLA APP ? MOLA APP has the requriement of the mobile device system version as follows : ISO8.0 or higher version ,Andriod 4.0 or higher version .
4.WHAT KIND OF FLIGHT DATA WILL BE SHOWN IN THE APP ?
Left side is compass , show the current the aircraft head direction ,roll,pitch attitude .
Right side shows the current flight data like flight height , flight distance , flight speed .
