The aircraft is without power , and the power indicator light is off : Firstly check the battery if it is normal working ,change the new set of batteries to test , then check the indicator light circuit if it is normal working ,connect the indicator light circuit to test again .at last check the circuit board if it is normal .
In order to protect the safety of aircraft and Our system setting that the gimbal descend only on the basis of more than 6 meters height . If it still can’t descend when meet the required height ,please check the B/C toggle switch whether back to middle position, because it can operate only when it back to middle position .
Please make sure the aircraft is whether on horizontal land when it is on initializing test ,if not, it will drift . If it still drift when it test on horizontal land , we need to do the compass calibration and acceleration sensor calibration . Generally the acceleration sensor and the compass deviation is caused by the change of geomagnetic environment . Please refer to the user manual about the calibration . If it is still deviated , please check the propellers whether deformed , please change the new one to test .
Please make sure the propellers and motors deformed or damaged. If damaged , please replaced it in time . If the propellers and motors are without questions , please send back to factory for test and maintain .
Firstly make sure more than 8pcs satellites connected with GPS mode , it can fly only when the green light slowly flash .we need to do the compass calibration and acceleration sensor calibration . Generally the acceleration sensor and the compass deviation is caused by the change of geomagnetic environment . Please refer to the user manual about the calibration .
Firstly make sure the gimbal is in horizatonal staus without electricity , if so , after power on , the gimbal self- test to confirm the whether exist fault ......
Firstly check whether it has excceed the image transmission distance , then check the gimbal connection cable whether connected normally . Big disturb from nearby signal .
If the battery can’t be turn off , please directly remove the battery from the aircraft , press the reset button 3-5 seconds ,then turn off .
During use the auto home return function , suddenly lose control and drop off . Please notice that keep more than 5 meters away from the start point when using the auto home return function . Please fly in widely without obstacles place when you test the auto home return function . Without collision advoidance function during operating the auto home return .
There is a reset button on the side of battery . Just press the reset button after crash . Must press the battery button shortly,then keep pressing it for 2 seconds till the indicstor light off . The battery will be off .
Please check the aircraft whether place in horizontal position before take off , if place the tilted position which will lead to an accident . It can’t pass the self-test if the tilt angle is too big .
First if it is android system , please make sure the system version is higher than 5.0. Storage is more than 5.8G .if can’t satisfy these two points , it still can’t connect with aircraft even you download the APP .
When start the APP , please set the device in “no disturb mode” to advoid telephone access or other disturb during flying which will severely affect the APP working . Andorid system : click the app icon on the table to enter into connection window . Click the right upward “ add the camera”, choose the wifi (name: nineeagle_xxx) and added , then it will indicate the real time image shooting by the aircraft camera . Ios system : enter into “settings-WIFI menu , then search the aircraft wifi signal (name: nineeagle_xxx) ,choose the aircraft wifi , then type in password (initial password : 1234567890) and connected .
During operating the compass calibration , after finish the calibration by the transmitter , must rotate the aircraft horizontally according to the detailed steps in user manual to calibrate . (if it can’t be calibrate correctly by transmitter which will cause fault . It can’t operate the compass calibration on APP)
Only connect more than 8 pcs satellites on GPS mode to operate the obstacles advodance function, it can’t be used under attitude mode, auto home return mode .
1.Check the toggle switch whether back to middle position , if not , move back to middle 2. Low battery alarm tip , just power off and charging 3.Big error for stick rate, operate the transmitter calibration according to the detailed steps in the user manual .
